It was the first Eurovision show in two years, and it had to come with a surprise or two along the way! Whether you predicted all ten or not, Europe (and Australia) has chosen its ten qualifiers from the first semi-final of ESC 2021. This is how they were announced:
At the subsequent winners’ press conference, they selected their “halves” of the final running order as follows:
FIRST HALF:
Israel
Russia
Malta
Cyprus
Belgium
SECOND HALF:
Norway
Azerbaijan
Lithuania
Sweden
Ukraine
And for the record, in terms of the escgo! team’s predictions, Martin got 9/10, Felix got 8/10 and Shi got 9/10. Not a bad night’s work…
