Today: Maltese Final

by | Nov 22, 2014 | Uncategorized

Following last night’s semi-final which eliminated six of the participants, a grand total of 14 entries will go into battle tonight for the right to represent Malta at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna – although broadcaster PBS will apparently have the right to change the song after it is selected, albeit with the same artist and songwriters involved.

Regardless, tonight promises a long and varied show featuring singing nuns, familiar faces, and plenty of adverts for Mediterrean Bank and Crosscraft along the way. The #esc chat’s favourite three songs all got eliminated last night – for all we’re used to being the kiss of death, that’s surely some kind of record! – but we’ll be voting all over again to find our preferred choice for the island nation.

You can find all the details of the Maltese Final on the right-hand side. Further down, you can toggle between “Today” and “Calendar” view.

Don’t forget to join us in the #esc chat, where we’ll be watching, talking about and voting on the show – the scores given to each song by our chatters will be more important than ever this year (but more about that soon!).
