Dansk Melodi Grand Prix is the major show tonight, being the Danish national final. Nine entries compete for the right to represent Denmark in Baku. Norway will hold its first out of three semi-finals of Melodi Grand Prix. Eight entries will be performed in Ørland, three of them will get a ticket for the MGP-Final on 11 February. Söngvakeppni Sjónvarpsins, the icelandic pre- selection, will go into the 2nd round, where two out of five entries will proceed to the Icelandic final on 11 February.
