Three semi-finals hit Europe tonight! Bulgaria starts things off at 19:30 CET with its only semi, where 12 out of 22 entries will be voted into the final on 29 February, by both juries and SMS. Latvia continues proceedings with its second of two semi-finals, selecting another five qualifiers for the Latvian final on 18 February, by a 50/50 voting of televote and juries. And finally, Iceland will hold its first of three semi-finals, from which two artists per semi will be voted into the final on 11 February (also using a 50/50 system).
