Tonight, the final of the 53rd Festivali i Këngës will be held in Tirana. Ever since the country joined Eurovision in 2003/2004, the traditional Albanian song festival also functions as the selection format for the ESC entry.
In the previous two nights, two semi-finals were held. Nine songs qualified for tonight’s final from each of the two shows.

Tonight’s songs will also compete to qualify for our own SongHunt. The scores given to each song by our chatters will have an influence on which songs will qualify for heat 1, to be launched tonight after the last song in Albania.
