Today: Latvia chooses for Vienna

by | Feb 22, 2015 | Uncategorized

Tonight, Latvia selects its entry for the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest in the grand final of the Supernova competition. Following two weeks of heats and a semi-final, four songs have made it through to tonight’s grand final, where the winner will be selected in two rounds culminating in a two-song superfinal.

100% televoting will be used in both rounds, so Aminata must be considered the favourite after her song “Love Injected” was the comfortable televoting favourite in last weekend’s semi-final. As we know from past experience, though, a head-to-head vote can have a very different outcome, so things will remain exciting right up until the end!

You can find the details of tonight’s show on the right-hand side. Further down, you can toggle between “Today” and “Calendar” view.

Don’t forget to join us in the #esc chat, where we’ll be watching, talking about and voting on the show.
Tonight’s songs will also compete to qualify for our own SongHunt. The scores given to each song by our chatters will have an influence on which songs will qualify for the next heat, to be launched around midnight.
