Hungary will once more use the very successful A Dal format in order to determine its Eurovision entrant. The format sees six live shows: three heats, two semi-finals and a grand final. The dates are as follows:
Saturday, 24 January: Heat 1
Saturday, 31 January: Heat 2
Saturday, 7 February: Heat 3
Saturday, 14 February: Semi-final 1
Saturday, 21 February: Semi-final 2
Saturday, 28 February: Grand Final
A Dal 2015 will feature a total of 30 entries. Csilla Tatár will host the shows.
At the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen, Hungary achieved one of its best ever results when András Kállay-Saunders finished 5th in the final with his song “Running“.
