Tonight, Malta will hold its semi-final in advance of tomorrow evening’s grand final.
The venue, Malta Shipbuilding, will be familiar for many viewers, as it was just a few days ago used as the stage for Junior Eurovision. Twenty songs will compete to qualify for the final, with fourteen of them getting the green light to actually do so. The participants include familiar names such as Glen Vella (2011), Gianluca Bezzina (2013; as a member of L-Aħwa) and Ludwig (2004; as a memer of Trilogy).
