The song for the Netherlands: Trijntje Oosterhuis – Walk Along

by | Dec 11, 2014 | Uncategorized

This morning, Trijntje Oosterhuis revealed her Eurovision entry on a Dutch radio show on NPO Radio 2. It’s called “Walk Along“, and as we reported earlier, it’s written by noone else but Anouk.

Before and after the song was played on the radio, Trijntje also got the chance to chat a bit about it. She says it’s a “catchy” song, different to her usual material, and that her ambition is to win with it. She also said, that she now found the courage to go to Eurovision, after her home country has been so successful in the past two years, with Anouk and The Common Linnets.

Dutch TV presenter and former ESC commentator Cornald Maas describes “Walk Along” as a catchy, melancholic song between mid-tempo and up-tempo, with the potential to win the contest.

But listen and judge yourself!
