Moje 3 from Serbia have won this year’s edition of the Barbara Dex Award. They collected 967 votes in total. 2nd placed Cezar from Romania got 544 votes, whereas Moran Mazor from Israel came 3rd with 296 votes.

The traditional award is supposed to be for the “worst dressed artist” in the contest of the respective year. It’s based on an online poll, held annually since 1997 at www.eurovisionhouse.nl.

Recently, the award has been criticized by some as the subject matter has become  unclear, with many voters failing to distinguish between deliberately outrageous costumes and unintentionally bad clothing as originally applying to Barbara Dex (Belgium 1993).
